1. What documents do I need to rent a car?

You need to present a valid driving license, ID card/passport and credit card for the deposit.

2. What is the minimum age to rent a car?

The minimum age is 21 and the driver must have at least 1 year’s driving license.

3. Where can I pick up and return the car?

We offer drop-offs and pick-ups at the airport, hotels or anywhere on the island, by prior arrangement.

4. Can the car be driven between islands?

No, vehicles can only be driven on the island where they were rented.

5. Is unlimited mileage included?

Yes, all our bookings include unlimited mileage.

6. Can I book and pay for a vehicle even if I’m not the person picking it up and driving it?

No, the Credit Card holder who prepaid the reservation must be the main driver (renter) as this information will be mentioned in the rental contract. Please check the Pine Rent4U Terms and Conditions.

7. Do I need to check the condition of the vehicle before leaving the station?

Yes, you must check that the vehicle condition report reflects the actual state of the vehicle. If an apparent defect is not listed, please carry out a joint examination with an Pine Rent4U employee in order to update the rental contract.

8. Can your staff member at the station explain the vehicle controls to me?

When you pick up the vehicle, feel free to ask our staff to explain its main controls to you.

9. If I’ve forgotten my driver’s license, can I still rent the car?

We’re sorry, but in these situations it won’t be possible, as the presentation of a driver’s license is mandatory in order to rent a vehicle.
