1. Objective

In PineRent4U we give to privacy the proper importance, being crucial for us to safeguard the privacy of our customers, and all the visitors of our website, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of your data.
Therefore, we have implemented this “Privacy Policy” which, applying to our websites, aims to make known to our visitors and users – holders of personal data – the data processing that is carried out and the principles and duties we observe with regard to their protection.

PineRent4U respects your right to privacy, so the present website can be visited without revealing any personal information, not being made an automated collection of personal data.
The only moment of personal data collection is done exclusively through the contact request form/information, being PineRent4U responsible for the collection and treatment of the personal data through the referred form and having for single purpose to assure the identity of the person who requests the contact by PineRent4U.
The personal data requested corresponds to the name and contact details of the person interested in obtaining clarification on our services and will be treated with all the guarantees of security and confidentiality required by the General Data Protection Regulation and other applicable legislation.
If PineRent4U intends to use the data supplied for a purpose different from that for which they were provided, it will ask the holder a new authorization for that specific use.

The Data Subject is guaranteed the exercise of the following rights:

e) Right to erasure of data: Right to obtain the erasure of your personal data if (i) the personal data are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected or processed; or if (ii) you withdraw consent, if this is the sole ground for processing the data; or if (iii) there is no other legal ground for such processing; or where (iv) while exercising the right to object to processing, there are no overriding legitimate interests which justify the processing; or where (v) the personal data have been unlawfully processed; or where (vi) the personal data must be erased for compliance with a legal obligation arising from Union or Member State law to which the controller is subject.

f) Right to restriction of processing: Right to obtain the restriction of processing where (i) the controller contests the accuracy of the personal data for a period enabling the controller to verify their accuracy; or where (ii) the processing is unlawful and the data subject opposes the erasure of the personal data and requests the restriction of their use instead; or where (iii) the controller no longer needs the personal data for the purpose of the processing, but they are required by the data subject for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims; or where (iv) having exercised the right to object, until it is established that the legitimate grounds of the controller override those of the data subject.

5. Form of exercise of the Data Subject’s rights:

The Data Holder can exercise any of his rights, identified above, contacting PineRent4U, preferably, through the e-mail info@pinerent4u.com, identifying in the subject the right that intends to exercise.
You can also do it through letter addressed to PineRent4U to Rua Cristiano Frazão Pacheco, nº38 9500-680, Ponta Delgada, São Miguel, Azores, Portugal.
The Data Subject also has the right to complain to the Supervisory Authority (Comissão Nacional de protecção de Dados – www.cnpd.pt).

6. Conservation period of the collected data

The personal data collected in this website will be kept only for the period of time strictly necessary for the purpose that determines its use, never exceeding the period of 3 years, being able to PineRent4U, to keep them for different periods only in case other interactions are established resulting in the celebration of contracts between the holders of the data or the need of data treatment derives from other legal purposes.

7. Sharing information with third parties:

The present website, by default, does not share visitors’ personal data with third parties.
However, if the visitor performs any operation that implies the sharing of his/her data with third parties, he/she will be duly informed, being also informed of the identity of the third party recipients and the purpose of the processing of the shared data.
In case of sharing personal data in the terms described, the data will only be communicated if the visitor has given his consent, namely through the confirmation of access to a certain operation that implies data sharing, after having been informed of it.
